Proof of work through before, build, tech stack, and outcomes.

Case studies with before, build, and outcome

This page is structured for proof of work, not a gallery of pretty screenshots. Public case studies will include the starting problem, constraints, tech stack, content model, key decisions, launch work, and measurable outcomes once the client approves sharing.

Case studies focus on the problem, build decisions, and outcomes.

Case study format

Before

  • What was outdated, confusing, hard to edit, slow, inaccessible, or disconnected from the business.
  • What visitors could not understand or complete on the old site.

Build

  • Next.js frontend decisions, Sanity schemas, page templates, forms, analytics, redirects, and launch QA.
  • Why the content model was shaped the way it was.

Outcomes

  • What became easier for the owner, staff, editors, and visitors.
  • What gets measured next: inquiries, publishing speed, search visibility, form completion, or support requests.

Representative project types

  • Service business redesign: cleaner services, service area pages, quote intake, project proof, and local SEO structure.
  • CMS rebuild: Sanity studio, reusable page sections, resources, staff profiles, and training for non-technical editors.
  • Operational site: public pages plus forms, notifications, resource libraries, analytics, and maintenance support.

Until a client approves public details, examples stay anonymized. That keeps the site honest without pretending private work is a public case study.
