Your website should not have to break before someone checks it.

Rural Digital Care keeps your site monitored, your forms tested, and routine updates handled—without hiring a full-time web person.

$299/month$499 setup

Website Care is month-to-month after setup. Third-party hosting, software, licenses, and other vendor costs are separate and approved before purchase.

What you receive every month

  • Uptime and SSL monitoring
  • Broken-link scans
  • Monthly form testing
  • Performance monitoring
  • Accessibility monitoring
  • One small monthly update
  • Plain-English monthly report
  • Email support

Accessibility monitoring uses automated checks and practical review signals. It identifies items to investigate; it is not a certification or compliance guarantee.

Your first week

Setup begins after the agreement, setup payment, and required access are in place. The goal is to establish a trustworthy baseline and a repeatable care routine.

Who this is for

Rural Digital Care is designed for Walla Walla-area businesses and organizations with an existing public website that matters to customers but does not need a full-time web employee.

What is not included

  • Redesigns
  • New functionality
  • Emergency or 24/7 support
  • Malware removal or incident-response work
  • Legal, accessibility, privacy, security, or other compliance guarantees
  • Collection, storage, or processing of PHI or sensitive employee information

If monitoring surfaces an excluded issue, Rural Digital will explain what was found and, when possible, recommend a separate scope or an appropriate specialist. No extra work or third-party expense is approved automatically.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Website Care is month-to-month. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next monthly charge; care continues through the paid period. Any project or third-party commitments already approved remain payable.

Is hosting included?

Not by default. Hosting normally remains in a client-owned account or with the existing provider if the setup review confirms it is suitable. Hosting and other vendor charges are separate unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

What counts as the included update?

One requested content or configuration change that can reasonably be completed in up to 30 minutes. The allowance does not roll over. Aaron will confirm before starting if a request needs a separate scope.

How quickly will you respond?

Email support is normally acknowledged within one business day. That is an acknowledgment window, not a guarantee that every request will be completed in one day.

What about emergencies?

Website Care is not a 24/7 emergency-response service. Urgent work may be considered separately when Aaron is available, but availability and restoration times are not guaranteed.

Who pays third-party expenses?

The client pays approved hosting, domain, plugin, license, email, monitoring, or other vendor costs. Rural Digital will not purchase a new third-party service for the client without approval.

Which website platforms are supported?

Typical modern hosted websites and WordPress sites can often be supported when safe access is available. Custom or restricted platforms are reviewed first. Eligibility is confirmed during setup before ongoing care begins.

Who owns the website and accounts?

The client keeps ownership of its domain, content, and client-owned provider accounts. The client grants Rural Digital the access needed for the selected service and can revoke it after the service ends, subject to any transition needs in the agreement.
