The accepted proposal defines the exact deliverables. A typical project can include:

Payment and timeline
Custom Websites are quoted after review. The proposal states the payment milestones and schedule; timing depends on scope, access, approvals, and content readiness.
Ownership and access
The client keeps ownership of its domain, content, and client-owned accounts. Ownership of custom project deliverables transfers as described in the signed agreement after required payment, while third-party tools keep their own licenses.
Hosting and support
Hosting is selected or retained based on the project and normally stays in a client-owned account. Launch support is included only as stated in the proposal; ongoing support can continue through Rural Digital Care when the site is eligible.
Capabilities are selected to support the website outcome
Forms, analytics, email alerts, CMS editing, directories, portals, private pages, and complex workflows can be included when the reviewed scope calls for them. They are not separate primary offers.
